Grace – a sustainable wooden flooring with a new ultra-matt, silky-smooth protective finish

Tarkett is delighted to launch a new engineered wood flooring collection called Grace. This elegant new range combines the natural appearance of an oiled floor with the easy maintenance of a lacquered surface product. The collection consists of single plank formats in two different widths, the popular 3-strip effect, and an innovative basketweave pattern. A total offering of twelve floors in six colours, all with warm and contemporary nuances and treated with a new and unique ultra-matt lacquer that feels silky-smooth as oiled or untreated wood.

In Grace, the ultra-matt surface, soft brushing, and the sheer nuances come together in a floor that maintains its beauty over time. The collection is treated with Proteco ExtraMatt, a new lacquer that makes the floors durable and easy to maintain in everyday life. Thanks to the lacquer, Grace also has a super-matt finish, where neither glare nor glitter arise in the wood’s texture and brings out the beauty and character of oak, regardless of light conditions.

Tarkett has been working on a new patented* lacquering system for more than two years, to ensure the best properties in terms of durability, technical performance, and appearance. This has resulted in a flooring solution that is comfortable to walk on, easy to clean, and has effective protection against everyday wear and tear, as well as stains.
